You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition. We do not accept the return of any bespoke items that have been made to order, amended in anyway for the client or ordered in a specific colour or size. All other items will be thoroughly inspected prior to a credit being approved. In instances where damage has occurred to the product, the refund may not be processed and the full original fee will be due for payment within your agreed terms with Poplar Catering Supplies Ltd.
